Welcome to ACTion Takoma Park. ACTion is a computer based customer service tool, newly implemented by the City of Takoma Park to assist with resident inquiries, complaints and requests for service. Residents may register complaints or requests by telephone or through this Web-based interface. Each request is immediately logged into the ACTion system which records, processes, routes and monitors each entry. Each entry is assigned a case number, and is routed to the appropriate department in the City government for resolution. At any time, you may access the status of your complaint by Web or by phone. The City Council and staff are looking forward to using this tool as a way to provide faster, more efficient service to residents.
